I love Screen Printing!!

Screen Printing numbers onto my 3 layer screen prints. Numbers show how we often want to put people into boxes, label them, have a place for them.
Peoples identity often gets lost in the numbers in a city, people can become just a number in an office block.

The screenprints of the barbed wire come from photos i took of the prison, to show the idea of how we imprison people in boxes, be it in jail or in Mental hospitals. How when we don't think people fit into a particular box or group in our world we put them in one, a cell.
